Service Policy
ACS Audio provides the following services:
1. Thank you for using ACS products. For after-sales service matters, please contact our designated sales agency or our Chinese customer service center.
2. All ACS products purchased from ACS designated sales agencies enjoy ACS global joint insurance services. Under normal use, electroacoustic and electronic products can enjoy a free warranty within one year, and the entire series of products can be maintained for life.
3. In the following situations, warranty or warranty expires, but repair services are provided, only material fees will be charged.
(a) All human factors, including damage caused by not following the instructions;
(b) Damage caused by adverse environmental conditions (such as rain, water immersion, etc.);
(c) Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, self repair, modification, or repair by unauthorized organizations or individuals of our company by customers;
(d) Damage caused by force majeure factors (such as lightning, earthquake, etc.);
(e) Damage caused by poor transportation and handling after purchase.
4. The product accessories and accessories are not within the warranty scope.
5. Our company reserves the right to modify and interpret the warranty terms. Any changes will not be notified separately.
